Delicious asparagus menu

Currently we are serving the finest of all vegetables in our gourmet menu.

Asparagus was already cultivated in the 16th century, at that time as a vegetable of the nobility - that is why the spears are still called white gold today. Until the 19th century, only green asparagus was known, which is not protected from sunlight by soil and thus develops a strong green colour.
